Geoff Scales, President
Geoff is an experienced Leadership and Organization Development consultant. He is passionate about leadership development, team development, executive coaching, and culture transformation. He helps his clients develop their people and add value for their organizations. He increases team and leader effectiveness, and helps create great workplaces.
Geoff has spent 13 years designing and delivering Leadership and Organization Development programs for clients across North America. He works with all levels of leadership, from C-suite through to front-line supervisors. He has designed and facilitated over 2000 engagement workshops since 2005 ranging from half-day to 12-day sessions.
Prior to entering the Leadership and Organization Development field, he spent three years as an Investment Banker with Morgan Stanley in London, England and seven years as an Advertising Agency executive in Vancouver. He has worked in Canada, USA, UK, Scandinavia, and Asia.
Geoff earned an MBA from London Business School in 2002 and a Bachelor of Commerce from UBC in 1992. His certifications include The Leadership Circle, MBTI (Myers-Briggs Type Indicator), Emotional Intelligence (EQ in Action), Executive Coaching, Emergenetics, Bridges’ Transitions, Process Work Facilitation, Conference Model, ShadowWorks, Flawless Consulting, PROSCI change management and Human Systems Dynamics.
Natasha Klein, VP Operations
Natasha joined Dialogik as VP of Operations in the spring of 2019. Previously she was a member of the Senior Leadership Team for a large not-for-profit where she honed her skills in marketing, relationship management, and business development. Natasha is responsible for the day-to-day operations of Dialogik Creative Leadership.
Natasha earned her BA from McMaster University and an MSc from the University of Oregon.
When Natasha isn’t working you’ll find her spending time with her 3 children, riding her Peloton, and keeping active in the Northshore mountains.
