Leadership Development

We expect that all participants take an active role in their development and are fully engaged in the learning process. We design experiences that engage and inspire participants to explore their leadership potential.

A leadership program may include the following elements:

  • a series of integrated workshops

  • personality and working style assessments

  • personal coaching to ensure sustainability and application of learning

  • team/triad formation to allow peer-to-peer learning and support

  • an individualized development plan

  • a coaching/mentoring program to facilitate the knowledge-sharing of learning throughout the organization.

We customize programs to our clients’ specific needs including duration, frequency, cohort size and content.
